As I'm the third owner of this dress, there is no possible way for me to salvage the collar unfortunately. Worn once by me. It's in beautiful condition aside from a crease in the chest ribbon and some minor stains on the lace of the waist tie as pictured. I haven't noticed any other stains but this is a used dress so please refrain from bidding if you care about small imperfections. Measurements are on the reference link attached below.
