The official measurements list the minimum size but not the maximum. The dress is full shirred so it can fit a variety of sizes and at 110cm bust, 5'8" it fit me quite nicely. However, my back is larger than my actual bust so this may vary for some. I recommend being 5cm below these measurements:
Bust: 110cm max.
Waist 100cm max.
Length 87cm + 2cm lace.
