His legs are jointed. It's about 13 inches sitting down, about 16 inches with legs extended.
Does not fit a lot inside. The inside has about a 4.5 in opening. You could stuff some cash/credit cards/lip gloss and maybe a car key inside. Not going to fit a huge phone like a iPhone 8 or 10.
