These cuffs look very similar to the 2009 heart charm wrist cuffs, except they have a pearl string attached to them. I suspect they were either sewn on by someone else, or its missing a lolibrary entry. Because of their age, there are a couple of minor loose threads, but otherwise in stellar condition.
