The Lolibrary measurements don't take the full shirring into account. It stretches better at the shoulders than it does at the waist. I have broad shoulders so getting the waist area over my head was a bit of a struggle, but I was able to squeak into it with a bust of ~110 and waist of ~100.

There is a slight stain on the left shoulder. I gave it a soak in some Oxiclean and a gentle wash and got most of it out, the remainder is very faint. Other than that everything looks pristine. Shipping to United States: $15
