AP Happy Garden High Waist JSK (STAINED)

The right side of the skirt (seen on the left of the photos) contains a major yellowish stain that spreads about a foot long. Was purchased like this so I'm not sure what it is. I've washed it but haven't tried spot cleaning because I don't have too much of an interest in this piece to begin with. Kinda looks like tea.
Otherwise the dress itself seems to be in good condition, aging aside.
Please note that the back lacing is missing, as are the side buttons for the waist ties. Although not pictured, one waist tie was somehow salvaged and will be included.
