This is a very delicate, light, and pretty skirt. The waist tie is chiffon, and the strip of lace in the middle shows through to the white under-layer. I purchased this skirt new from Angelic Pretty in Japan but have only worn it a couple of times. It's like new, with no signs of wear, discoloration or damage. 
My house is pet free and non-smoking!
