Registered mail with tracking and full insurance would be USD $27. Unfortunately, tracking makes it really expensive >_< However, I do combine shipping, which makes it much more affordable (the shipping price stays the same up to and including 2 kg for tracked shipping). I could ship it untracked for USD $11, but then I would have to ask for the payment to be a personal payment (since shipping something untracked would leave me vulnerable as a seller).

Absolutely. If you pay via personal payment, it's no problem at all. I've shipped untracked before with no problems ^_^ Untracked shipping is USD $10.
