Ap Fantasy Theater black OP with waist ties. Has partial shirring but is missing the back lacing. Good condition but in need of some steaming/ironing. Lolilibrary link added for sizing. Recommend for someone with a small frame and who’s short in length.

Comes with two free small hair bows!

-Some fraying on gold embellishments
-Popped seam on zipper
