Skirt was purchased second hand from the first release. The skirt has a feeling of wear, some piling, and the skirt is slightly faded from washing. Still has original waist ties, no stains or tears.
The headbow is NWT from the second release.
Waist has small shirring panel with elastic. Max waist 29 inches.
