Cute and adorable throwback to OTT sweet.

The dress is in nearly perfect condition, washed prior to shipping. I am the second owner and tried it on once, never used. Previous owner spilled some liquid on the dress- the dress has been washed and it has been removed. Includes both waist-ties.

Lolibrary link says it can fit up to 97cm, but I personally see it fitting at least 106cm.

Holds okay, payment plans okay, not open to trading for this item.
