Very stretchy fun cut so. The bow in the front is removable. The sleeves and the sailor collar are made of a semi translucent tool material. This is very stretchy and can stretch up to 100 cm or more, but there is a limiting factor in the sleeve cuffs. They are not stretchy and they are 31cm by my measurement.
The cuffs have cute little star buttons on them. This has been worn by me multiple times and is not New. There may be a feeling of wear but no specific damage other than some wrinkling
