I got this from LM - tried on briefly. Got another navy cutsew that I like the design of more so letting this one go!
Stretchy soft cotton fabric on the bodice and flowy chiffon for the collar and sleeves!
Previous owner referred to a pull/snag in the left sleeve but I haven't been able to find it again.
The bow on the bodice is slightly fraying.
