Really nice petticoat that doubles as an underskirt. It really lives up to its name - the tulle peeking out under a dress is quite elegant.
Very good condition, no flaws or rips I can spot, however it is somewhat wrinkled from storage. I can steam before sending out by request, but I'm not sure how much that will improve/change things as I will still pack this quite small for shipping.
Note that while I have done my best to check for damage, I may have missed something.
