purchased this secondhand, wore a bunch & washed. can confirm machine washable (cold, gentle cycle, probably inside out in a delicates bag or pillowcase)
the loops of the bow on the front were originally sewn down, however when i received it it had detached on one side and i ended up cutting the threads on the loop myself (makes it easier when wearing with a cardigan to have the bow peeking out, which was cuter than having the entire bow inside the cardigan imo)
dress has a bit of wrinkling but nothing crazy, could easily be taken out with a low heat iron or steam probably. there was a spot that i couldn't tell if it was a stain or part of the pattern, but i took a picture of it anyway lol. see the last image
measurements on lolibrary were from wunderwelt, i can retake measurements upon request
