The waist ties and neck bow are removable. An absolutely stunning dress. Very romantic, elegant and luxurious. I received this in a random pack during Happy Pack sales, but I don't wear pastels often. Never even tried on. The tags got cut off by the store staff to help check out move along faster, but I may have them floating around somewhere. Everything comes from a smoke-free home. I do have cats, but all my Lolita is kept away from them and most of my stuff is kept at my parent's, which is smoke-free and pet-free. I also don't use any perfume or air fresheners because I'm allergic to strong scents myself.
I'm happy to offer pick up to others in the Toronto area. I live near Finch station. $50 non-refundable deposit must be paid in advance and the balance can be paid at the time of pick up. Sorry, just a precaution from flakes.
