Bought new with tags from lacemarket but after trying it on the fit wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. I would recommend this for someone with small arms as the elastic digs in. My measurements are 113cm Bust 97cm waist. New with tags only tried on. This is the ivory colorway 2015 release.

Lolibrary lists the recommended cuff size at 28cm, my arms are 29cm so I would say anything under 26 would be comfortable
