I'm the first owner of this dress and wore it a few times. It is in perfect condition (although wrinkled from storage, I haven't wore it since over a year) and is very cute and comfortable. However I mixed up and lost the waist ties during my last apartement move.
I have these Baby ones instead that almost match it, though slightly darker and the dots are smaller. The removable brooch is still there though. Please refer to pictures. Price is listed in USD but you'll be invoiced in euros (90€)
