I believe I bought this piece second hand and only wore two or three times. The band is adjustable, however I have not adjusted it from the original position so it is still in great shape. There is a small blemish on the front (by the third green jewel) that I have not attempted to remove. It may come off with some cleaner however I'm not sure.
