I ended up deciding on the JSK instead after buying this. It has two pockets and ties to be tied at the back! The sleeves have elastic in them and are able to stretch comfortably.

What measurement of bust do you think this could fit? Also what would shipping to Menominee, MI in the USA be?

I'm about a 100cm bust, and it fit fine when I tried it on. I think sizes even bigger would fit just fine, although the fabric might ride up with bigger bust sizes.
Shipping to MI would be about 15 dollars by EMS!
