AP Cosmic JSK with original tags. Has a run near the hem, not noticeable when worn. Price has been heavily reduced to reflect damage

Navy AP cosmic JSK, I am the second owner.
It has a thread run near the hem of the dress, but it's not noticeable when worn. I reduced the price from the original a lot to make up for the damage. It is otherwise quite new.
