Angelic pretty clever tartan blouse in whitexred. It has damages as follows

•staining on the areas surrounding the button holes

•small pen ink mark near one button hole

Other than the stainings it is in good condition, I don’t think this issue would be very visible with a JSK as the top buttons don’t have as much as the surrounding areas stained and the tie covers them up. You may be able to get the red staining out, I only used one method of stain removal which lightened the issue slightly.
