How much will shipping be to Finland (northern Europe) for the dress? Just checking, since it's my dream dress and I definitely want it!

You're welcome! I checked with the post office, and I know international shipping from the US is expensive. She said DHL or FedEx would cost about $200 USD. The least expensive option is 1st class international (about $40), but that does not have tracking or insurance, and she said it can take up to a month to arrive, just so you are aware. I hope this information helps! (^^ )

Thanks for the information! Also, wow, omg! Sorry, but I really can't justify paying $200 for shipping, even though it's over the seas x'D. The 1st class international sounds very good to me - I don't mind paying up to $40-50 for shipping, since I know it's expensive shipping to ship abroad from the US (it's the same here in Finland, sadly Dx). Strange, that it doesn't have tracking for that price, but maybe it's because the dress is heavy? I just hope it won't get lost on the way, since this dress is one of my dream dresses. Although it has never happened before.

Btw, did the staff at the post office tell you what the minimum for shipping time would be, if it may at longest take up to a month? Just wondering, since I'm leaving for Japan on 6th of July and hope to be present to pick the parcel up at the post office (in case no one else goes ahead and snags the dress in front of my face :'D).

Yes, I hope all will go well with shipping, too! I'm new to shipping things internationally, so I don't know all the details, unfortunately. No, they didn't say a minimum -- but I was reading online that first class international can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive. I will find and send you more details soon. (^^ ) Japan sounds fun; I hope you have a great trip!
