It has no stains that I have seen. I bought this dress second hand, and the previous owner I think it was plus size, so the back elastic is a bit over stretched (this is why I included it in the 'good condition' category), see photos. The rest is lovely, I do not see any more notable flaws, it is beautiful, it is a used item but well treated.
