AP Charlotte's Bear Skirt (repaired)

A gorgeous print by Imai Kira featuring giant lavender bears, rocking horse toys, and a decadent looking tiered tray of macarons, and frames and fleurs-de-lis.
I bought this skirt damaged and have repaired it to the best of my ability (and available tools). I am a sewist with some skill, but don't have access to a sewing machine during the never-ending lockdown.
The skirt came to me with the elastic in the waist cut, a hole cut into the waistband, the stitching holding the elastic removed, and the hook and eye hardware cut off and moved. It also came with a big stain(?) on the front that I was able to completely remove with a spritz of Granny's Secret Stain Remover and a gentle machine wash. The modifications seemed to have been made to let the garment fit a little looser, but they were not done skillfully (there were large holes in the material and fraying parts, and the thread did not match). I was able to return the hook and eye hardware to their original locations, sew the elastic back together, and mend the hole to prevent further fraying (but I refrained from closing the hole to prevent strain on the delicate material). I was unable to make the line of stitching across the back of the waistband as this would be easiest and of the highest quality if it could be done on a machine. If the buyer would like I can include the spool of thread I bought specifically to match this garment so they can either do this mending themselves or pay a seamstress to complete the final task.
Additionally, the waist-bow appears to have been modified into a hairbow. There is no way for the bow to attach to the skirt as in the stock photos, but it can be used to adorn your head now! This is a bonus to me, but heads up.

I also will only ship sufficiently expensive items with insurance so that in the unlikely event of damage or loss the buyer will be reimbursed the cost of the item. This reimbursement does not usually include the shipping fee, however any reimbursement for items lost or damaged in transit must be coordinated between the buyer and their local postal service.
Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. If you will be unable to pay within this time frame, I request that you inform me upfront. Otherwise I may offer the item to the next highest bidder, or re-list it, and I will leave negative feedback and report you as a deadbeat buyer. I am usually able to ship items within 5 business days of invoice payment. If I expect any delays on my end I will communicate them to the buyer.
I expect buyers to do their due diligence when purchasing from me. This means that I am not to be held responsible if an item you purchased from me does not fit you. I will provide the retailer measurements when they are available, and will provide amateur measurements when they are not available. If the retailer was inaccurate it is not my responsibility to correct their measurements.
