Previous seller bought the dress off Facebook marketplace secondhand and tried it on once.
I tried it on twice but I sadly don't like the cut.
I bought it when the waist ties were already missing.
Comes with 2 extra blouses and 1 extra underskirt that match the dress (they have also only been tried on and are all bought new!):
-Plum Dot Chiffon Blouse from KiraKiraKawaiiShoppe (fits 96cm bust comfortably)
-Purple underskirt from Hoshibako Works (waist 60-100cm)
-Purple Peter Pan collar blouse from Sentaro (fits <135cm bust)
There are no stains or snags in the fabric. It is in great condition except for the missing waist ties.

Measurements:
No official listed measurements on lolibrary, but due to the full shirring it's likely able to fit busts around 100cm or more! It IS high waisted though.
