Waist: 74-100cm I am the second owner, and I've worn it once. The dress was in very good condition when I bought it. The price reflects the added cost of the modification. It's a really cute print, I'm just moving away from Sweet Lolita.

Hi, the minimum bust is 90cm, and the minimum waist is 74cm :) Hope that helps
