Hi there! I can't find anywhere that AP posted the official measurements of this dress, but it does have partial shirring. I found these measurements in another auction for this set: Bust: 80-92cm, Waist : 60-72cm, Length:94cm
I just measured myself with the garment laying flat. The waist was about 70cm completely unstretched, but stretching the shirring panel to the max added ~10cm.
The bust was 82cm completely unstretched, with the stretched panel adding a max of ~10cm.
