Amateur measurements, as I can't find official ones:

Length: ~20". It's a typical short parka.


Bust: 34"-35" with a bit of stretch, as it's a jersey fabric. My bust is 36" and while it closes fully on me, that extra inch leads to it popping open a lot.


Upper Arm: ~11" circumference. This is NOT for girls with big arms. The upper half of the sleeves are puffed, but because ribbon is threaded through the lace, it has little/no give to it.
