AP Blouse and Milky chan Skirt set
Both are secondhand! I only tried them on though, I never got the chance to wear it out. The blouse does not have shirring and I believe the max bust is 90cm (my bust is 92 and I have to wear a bralette or sports bra). The skirt however has partial shirring and the max is listed as 73 cm on lolibrary but I think you can get about another 1 or 2 cm out of it. Comes with detachable bow and waist ties.

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell.
