Angelic Pretty Blouse
I can't find this blouse on Lolibrary but other than the lace being slightly different and this being cotton and not chiffon, it's very similar to the Whip Lady blouse. I would guess it was released around the same time. It has a slightly used feeling, but there are no flaws or damages.
