- Most of our packages are shipped within 2 working days.
- Our standard shipping method is Registered SAL which is tracked and takes approx. 2 weeks.
- We can upgrade the shipping method to EMS for an additional $10 per item. EMS takes approx. 2-5 working days.
- We are not responsible for damages or if package is lost (this is extremely rare though).

We usually use registered SAL, which is tracked and takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive.
If you prefer, we can upgrade you to EMS which is tracked and insured and takes 2-5 working days instead. The cost to upgrade is $10, if you decide to upgrade, we can add it to your order at any time :)
