new and in perfect condition!

A sweet yet elegant marine print! This dress is new with tags; I opened the packet for the chest pearls and attached them, but the packet for the waist bow pearls are still in its wrapping. I've tried on the dress a couple times, but it doesn't suit me or my wardrobe as well as I hoped. The detailing on this dress is gorgeous and the material is chiffon, so it's perfect for warm weather! The back has partial shirring with corset ties.
