New with tags, bought secondhand but it probably wasn't worn by the previous owner (and has not been worn by me).
The headbow is from the first release (as opposed to shanghai release version).
The cameo brooch on the topmost bow is removable.

hi, the measurement at lolibrary is it pretty accurate ? can you think it can go a little bigger ?

Hi,
I just tried measuring it flat whilst stretching the shirring all the way, I'm fairly sure it can go bigger. The absolute max waist is probably around 95cm (but this is just my rough measurement, since it's difficult to measure and stretch with two hands!)
Let me know if you'd like a specific measurement.
