I purchased this second hand and never got around to wearing it.  It is in good condition overall with some minor stains on one cuff and a tiny dot on the dress.  These aren't very noticeable if you aren't looking for them.  It does not come with the bow neck tie.
Still a very cute dress and would be perfect to wear around Halloween!
