Hi there, it is hard to tell, the dress doesn't have any shirring but the fabric is cotton so it's quite stretchy, it fits me perfectly at 94 cm bust and 78 cm waist and I would say there is 3-4 cm more comfortable stretch to it. I hope it helps :)
