I'm the second owner of this dress and I've never worn it. I bought it NWT and removed them thinking it'd be fine. Unfortunately, the skirt is just much too short on my 6' frame.
The top portion of the skirt is adjustable so that the heart and/or the straps can be removed. It's very versatile! I did notice that the buttons were a little loose in some spots so they've been reinforced, FYI. This is a size Medium (there's a reference link I found on DevilInspired with more info if you need it).
