Selling as I haven't had a use for it and want it to go to a good home. This item is brand new and unworn as I'm the second owner and purchased it brand new in the original packaging. Item was removed and tried on but then folded and stored with my other headdresses in a drawer. There are no stains or damages and this piece is a great addition to any goth or shiro coordinate. Nice stark white color! The fabric is broadcloth and it feels structured enough to stand up, but soft enough that it can be worn both as a headdress and neck collar.
