Antique beasT cross nun OP (2000)
One of my favorite pieces from A:B! I’m absolutely gutted to part with this, but there comes a time when one must accept that a dress will never fit again. Empire waist with an A-line ruffled skirt, featuring a crocheted lace ribbon in the shape of a cross across the bodice and down the skirt. A gorgeous pointed neckline with white cotton lace, and contrasting white puffed sleeves with corseted ribbons down the sides. The back has a matching black and white ribbon that snaps on at the high waist. I don’t think she offers this design any longer; and honestly, the modern version was not quite as pretty in my opinion. I think the lace used and cut of this older version is more charming; also the sleeves are longer with more trim than the new version.
the bust and underbust is TINY and I recommend it for under 32”. When I could wear it I did not have as broad of a back (thanks pole dance). Waist is free due to the cut.
