A pair of triple strap shoes from Antaina on Taobao. There is a back zip so you don't have to be doing the buckles every time, and the buckles are still adjustable/usable. The outer material of the shoe is flocked. Size 38, which is about a 7.5 in US women's.

I've worn these several times, and they have some damage (see scratches in last two images) as well as a general feeling of wear.
