# Buying process * I need to know the target country to calculate shipping costs and send an invoice. It is enough if I can see it from the profile * I will send an invoice, wait for payment and send the tracking link after shipping * If everything arrives as described, I take no returns because I am a private seller # Shipping * Multiple orders are combined to save on shipping as much as possible * My small boxes are 25x35x3 cm * Costs will be the amount in the listing or less. I only charge the lowest amount. For example, if it packs smaller than expected or it is a national shipment, then it will be cheaper * Is with tracking by default. I can also do without tracking which is a little cheaper * Usually with DHL * Shipping to the US or CA around 18 days, up to 60 days says DHL * Exact costs for small items are typically: DE 5.49€, EU 8.49€, US/CA/World 14.99€ # Other * The items I sell have barely if ever be worn because I was mostly collecting. If I am not the first owner then they are from second hand sales in Japan. * My photos in Listings are free and can be reused by anyone for anything. # Tips for other sellers in Germany DHL says Päckchen do not have tracking, but this is not necessarily true. When you select Päckchen for international shipments, there is an option to add tracking and insurance for an extra fee. Then it is still cheaper than a Paket. For example, "DHL Päckchen XS 2kg" is 14.99 to the US, with insurance up to 50 euro and tracking. Most clothing items fit into a Päckchen XS. If you sell often, you can buy Boxes of the exact size on eBay. When it comes to carriers, I have experience with DHL and Hermes. I have used both many times for international shipments without issue. Hermes can be cheaper for larger packages (for example, shoes to the US). Their tracking site is German only, but the tracking messages become english as soon as the package arrives in the target country. For non-EU shipments, customs codes have to be provided. Finding a matching customs code can be difficult and time consuming. Here are some codes I used in the past: * 62081100 - petticoat * 62063000 - blouse or shirt of cotton * 62171000 - headbow * 62171000 - wristcuffs * 62024010 - cape * 71171900 - bracelet * 62171000 - socks * 62046231 - short pants * 71179000 - necklace * 62129000 - garters
