I bought these super cute shoes from Antaina (on Taobao) for my mom but unfortunately they're too small. They're size 40 on the original shop page. They seem to be 25cm or slightly less (hard to measure exactly) so I'd recommend this for people who wear 24.5 / 25 cm long shoes. The bows are detachable and the holes are heart-shaped.
