Hi, what's the manufacturing defect? Does it make the shoe too uncomfortable to wear without insoles? Also, how much would shipping be to CA 90631? Thanks!

After wearing them for hours at con, I realized that there's what feels like a nail puncturing the insole of the shoe. But it literally took a whole day of walking to notice.
