Another adorable blouse for summer trimmed in eyelet lace. Partial shirring in the back, with lace-up ribbon over it. The buttons on the front are bows! (a lolita-chan can never have too many bows). There are also thin straps to tie around the neck (non-removable)
The neck opening is very wide, the top is meant to sit cutely off-shoulder (I always wore it with a JSK, to keep that in check) It looks fantastic over a skirt or with an underbust style JSK
