A beautiful skirt from Anna House, originally bought for $50 secondhand. I've never worn it, the previous owner wore it a few times. It is is good condition, gorgeous lace details on the bottom hem. Please not that it is an older piece, and therefore has a slightly worn feeling. Very forgiving elastic waistband. Has waist ties. I would recommend waist size 27-33 inches

Hi, dear! :) I was wondering: Do you think 33 inches is the absolute maximum for the waistband, or could it possible stretch a few more inches and still be comfortable? I can't find any information about it on Lolibrary or elsewhere, unfortunately.
