This Anna House blouse is short sleeved with a front ruffle, row of black ribbon buttons, a bottom ruffle, and partial shirring. It's too large for me (my measurements are 32" bust and 26" waist for reference) but only by a few inches.It doesn't button from the front and actually has a concealed zipper in the side under the right arm.It's only been worn briefly before I realized it didn't fit comfortably. I'm willing to accept offers in the $20-$35 range and shipping within the US (which I prefer) is $6
