Details: Purchased new, worn once. Great for office otome! It's a light fabric so great for layering in the fall for a cozy professional look! It looks like the bow is missing, but I found it later! It attaches with buttons so no fiddly bow tying! It's a super super dark navy color with light lining and tulle hem on the underskirt.

Damages: The bow is NOT missing, I found it later, see photos!
