I bought it from Mercari Japan and was very unsure about keeping it cause I don't like how it looked on me, but liked the print. But I've decided that it needs new a loving home that would fully apricate it and I really do need more room in my closet so it's being listed. I am the second owner and I only tired it on.
Dress has no side zipper, 2 pockets, all the bows are sewed on, and the shoulder straps have button holes. Just so you know the dresses of this style I own from AP are the other way around in which the shoulder straps have buttons that fit into loops or button holes on the elastic back. After looking at the shoulder straps I noticed that the insides of both of them have runners. I have circled them in red in the pictures. The side that would be seen on the back doesn't have any runners tough. The dress most likely came to me like this because I haven't worn this dress out at all. I also think this fabric is just prone to get runners if you prick it with a needle a lot. Please understand that this will be a problem due to the fabric's characteristics
This dress is made out of polyester fabric that AP is currently using for most of thier new prints like Dream Cat Go Round, Flower Garden Teatime, etc. and does not stretch super far nor give the dress structure like a cotton fabric would. Please understand that my measurements are stretching it to the max, but that does not mean it may still fit you nicely.

Bust:96.5 cm to 108 cm ( 38 inches to 42.5 inches)
Waist: 73 cm to 93.98 cm ( 29 inches to 37 inches)
Neck to waist:21.59 cm ( 8.5 inches)
Waist to bottom of dress: 50.8 cm + 3.18 cm lace ( 20 inches + 1.25 inch lace)
