I originally bought it from another user on Lacemarket and intended to keep it permanently. I've found the dress recently and won't be wearing the skirt at all.
It's been altered from the original apron skirt to suspenders. I did the alternations myself and it's neat and clean. I've only removed the central part of the apron and the rest has been unaltered. I do not have the remaining center part.
It's in good condition otherwise! The fabric is still strong and the print is vibrant and clear.
The waist measurement from Lolibrary is 63cm-73cm.
