Angelic Pretty Wonder Queen Bustier JSK

I have worn this dress 2-3 times and it is still in good condition.
It has been dry-cleaned 2 times and amazingly there has been no bleeding or damage of the print (as far as I can see with my eye, up-close). PLEASE NOTE: the fabric around both armpits of this JSK have started to show signs of pilling (I've taken some close-up photos of this). I am fairly confident that this was already on the JSK when it came to me. The pin-on waist bow was also in questionable shape (it's still intact, but the fibers of the tassel-like fibers have a 'worn' feeling). I would give the condition of this dress an 8.5/10.
